Dating back to 1911, The Kodak Building was London's first purpose built open plan office block. Having undergone a recent full refurbishment, the Grade 2 listed building is a BREEAM Excellent and WELL GOLD property, available in May 2022 with huge heritage, incredible design and stunning floors.
We created the proposal here with the more refined corporate, tech creative and boutique hybrid companies in mind, to ensure we cater to all tastes. The refined corporate is focused on materiality - harmonising stones and timbers with deep and moody wall finishes – but then looking to soften the space with textures such as deep plush velvet and silk wallcoverings.
With form and function at the heart of every scheme we have ensure we have provided variety throughout the building, encompassing large welcoming reception spaces, a variety of meeting room scenarios and large bright open plan desking zones.
