The Aim
To combine the existing industrial concrete space with some subtle high end finishes
The architectural details create a sophisticated, classic feel, taking inspiration from the creative Shoreditch area. Small elements such as the angular balustrade design and bleacher will appeal to the creative market whilst high end finishes such as the terrazzo and smoked glass railings will appeal to the more corporate market. The overall muted wood, bronze and concrete colour scheme offers a flexible aesthetic for aspiring tenants to apply their personalised colour schemes.
Subtle high end finishes
We designed the mezzanine and staircase casing to create a unique feature in the space. The bronze metal brings warmth to the concrete base build, compared to a standard black or stainless steel finish, and gives an additional sense of luxury, taking inspiration from hospitality surroundings such as The Ned and Shoreditch House.
